Return Policy

Our return policies vary depending on the type of item you'd like to return. Better Way Marketing offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Requirements for a Full Refund

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging with all accessories included
  • Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing must be unworn
  • Herbal Supplements must be unopened with the factory seal intact.
  • Items that are customized (engraving, embroidery, or any other customization) are not returnable.
  • Package must be returned using a trackable shipping method. If a returned package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to issue a refund

You must request an RMA by either sending an e-mail to info@betterwaymarketing.com or by calling our office to request a RMA #. RMA numbers must be put on the front of the box. Packages arriving without RMA numbers will be refused and returned to sender. Refunds will be issued to the same source used for payments. If payment is made by electronic or paper check, we require 10 days to allow for the check to properly clear before issuing a refund.
